Please join
Victoria H. Myhren Gallery and the School of Art and Art History at the
University of Denver on Thursday, February 21, 2013 for the opening reception
of Joel Dallenbach: Sidewalk Stories. The reception will be from 5-7pm and will be
followed by a post-opening event hosted by DUART! at the nearby Crimson and
Gold. Refreshments will be provided. This exhibition will be on view through March
31, 2013, with gallery hours each day from 12-4pm.
Joel Dallenbach is a street photographer
located in Denver. Using a vintage film
camera, Dallenbach captures views of daily urban life on the streets of Denver
in black and white. His photographs
capture one moment in the lives of various people and numerous street scenes
throughout the city. They encourage
viewers to imagine the stories that are waiting to be told.
